Ok, so I spend $400-$500 per month at Panera Bread. Pretty much go for lunch and dinner. So, I have my Panera Rewards and I have my Panera Card that I pay with. They are two separate cards. That should be made into one. I trust Panera Bread will get there.

Now, on to my complaint. Like I said, I eat Panera pretty regularly. Enough that spend alot there. On my Panera Rewards I receive “free stuff”. That’s great. BUT, alot of the free stuff is for the morning.

I understand the whole marketing of it. They want people to come in the morning as well. My question is, if I am going there twice a day then why aren’t my rewards suited to my visits. I am penalized, via unusable Panera rewards because I dont go there for all three meals.

Well, I am not going there in the morning. This has to be addressed at the next “marketing” meeting. In a world of instant gratification and more and more options. I want my options and I want them now.

Panera Bread Company – Don’t make the mistake of limiting or taking away options from the consumer. The Panera Brand is successful because of loyal patrons such as myself.

How can you claim someone else caused you to burn yourself when you prepare your own coffee?

What do they call these types of lawsuits? Frivolous ?

Man claims to have been burned at Panera Bread restaurant, saying they failed to give him a lid for his coffee cup. He is seeking in excess of $25,000 in damages and demands a trial.

Chess Clubs have been gathering at a number of Panera Bread locations all over the United States.

Though I’m not surprised. Panera Bread locations have a calming stress-free atmosphere. You can dress casual and be comfy in one of their sofas and all you need to bring is a board and a clock.

Great idea!!! So if you are a chess player, set one up!!
